Client communication is an integral part of FLI’s culture. It is essential to establish and maintain meaningful and effective contact with our clients and, where appropriate, their families and advisors. We communicate through periodic meetings, frequent telephone consultations, written reports, investment seminars and our website. We attempt to create a "family office" environment in which our clients feel confident that important information is being conveyed openly and freely, but with absolute confidentiality.

Keeping our clients informed is an FLI priority. At the same time, we are always available to listen to our clients, which is of equal importance in creating enduring relationships.

In addition, the transparency of our investment services is critical to keeping our clients properly informed, comfortable and providing sleep at night safety.
